• Room Cleaning & Linen Change
Thorough room cleaning and linen replacement reliably carried out after each check-out.
• Amenity & Consumable Restocking
Amenities such as toothbrushes and shampoo, as well as consumables like toilet paper, are inventory-checked and restocked as needed.
• Checklist + Photo Report
After cleaning, a checklist report with photos is shared with the owner. It can also be used for quality visualization and improvement proposals.
Automated Operations & Error Prevention
• Integration with In-house PMS
Reservation information and cleaning schedules are synchronized in real time, preventing manual entry errors and missed cleanings.
